Welcome from the Interim Headteacher

Dear Parents, Carers and Members of the Warren Dell Community,

I am delighted to introduce myself as the Interim Headteacher of Warren Dell Primary School for the remainder of the Summer Term. It is a privilege to join such a warm, welcoming and caring school community, and I am excited to work alongside our children, families, staff and governors over the coming weeks until our new Headteacher takes up post in September.

Since arriving at Warren Dell, I have already been struck by the school's strong sense of belonging and the positive relationships that exist between pupils, staff and families. Warren Dell is a place where everyone is welcomed, valued and encouraged to be the very best version of themselves.

At Warren Dell, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential in an environment where they feel safe, happy and inspired to learn. Our aim is to nurture inquisitive learners who enjoy discovering more about the world around them and who develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed to succeed both now and in the future.

We are proud of our commitment to providing a stimulating and caring learning environment where children can investigate, create, question and explore. Alongside developing strong foundations in English, Mathematics and Computing, we place great importance on promoting health and wellbeing, celebrating diversity, respecting different cultures and languages, and helping children understand their role within the wider world.

As part of the Agora Learning Partnership, Warren Dell benefits from being part of a family of schools that work collaboratively to provide the very best opportunities for children and staff. The trust is built upon shared values of Ambition, Generosity, Optimism, Respect and Courage, and these values can be seen in the daily life of our school. Through collaboration across the trust, we are able to share expertise, develop innovative practice and continually strive to improve outcomes for all children while maintaining the unique character and identity of Warren Dell.

During my time at Warren Dell, I will be working closely with staff, governors and colleagues across the Agora Learning Partnership to ensure that the school continues to provide the very best education and support for all children. I look forward to getting to know our pupils and families, celebrating successes together and supporting the school as it prepares for the exciting next chapter in September.
