HOW IS THE DECISION MADE ABOUT HOW MUCH SUPPORT MY CHILD WILL RECEIVE?

The individual provision a child on the SEND register receives is usually decided during termly target setting/review meetings with the SENCo, parents and class teacher. These meetings will take into account pupil voice and external professional advice and this process is reviewed termly.

Provision can also be decided during termly pupil progress meetings with SLT, class teachers and relevant support staff. Parents would be informed of this.

There are times when provision will be put in place outside of these planned meetings on a needs basis. Parents would always be fully involved in this process.

For children with EHCP's resources/provision that is detailed is provided.
