Year 1 Whipsnade ZooTrip

Visit to Whipsnade Zoo – Wednesday 22^nd April 2026

Cost of Trip £24.00

 

I am pleased to let you know that Year 1 will be going on a trip to Whipsnade Zoo as part of their topic on animals

 

We will be leaving at 9.00am and travelling by coach. Children will be returning to school for pick up at the end of the school day.

 

As part of the Universal Free School Meals programme, all children are eligible for a free packed lunch, this will need to be ordered via the Swift Kitchen App, or your child may wish to bring a packed lunch from home.  Please send your child to school with a small rucksack so they can carry their lunch easily. School uniform is to be worn, and a suitable outdoor coat and footwear.

 

Due to increasing costs and current budget, the price of school trips has risen. The cost of the trip

is £24.00, we need to receive enough contributions to cover the cost for it to go ahead. Your support helps us continue offering valuable learning experiences and trips for the children throughout the school year.

 

Please confirm your child’s attendance via the Arbor Parent App by Friday 27^th March 2026.
