Summer 2 - The Seaside
This term our theme is ‘Seaside’. We will link our science learning to this theme with exploration into the effects of prolonged sun exposure and ‘WOW Investigations’. Our geography and history learning will focus on castles on UK coastlines and an investigation of a seaside town. Our Art and DT will also focus on the artist Fan Ho. All this will start with our exciting trip to the seaside!

Summer 1 - Tremors
This term our topic is ‘Tremors’ and we will be exploring volcanoes and earthquakes. In Science we will be looking at different types of rocks and soils. For Maths, our focus will be on multiplication and division and new written methods. The main texts for English will be ‘The Bear and the Piano’, ‘Stella and the Seagull’ and ‘Iron Man’. In PE we will practising our athletics skills ready for Sports Day at the end of term.
